At this time there is no information on what theatres will be showing the film, however make sure to follow our social media for news/updates. I for one am very excited and will certainly be buying a copy on March 31st!

After winning the Audience Award at the Tribeca Film Festival and other accolades, the survival-horror movie HERE ALONE now has a release date set for next month, and we’ve got the exclusive first look at the new poster.
HERE ALONE, which was directed by Rod Blackhurst from a script by David Ebeltoft, will arrive in select theaters and on VOD March 31 courtesy of Vertical Entertainment. Lucy Walters, Gina Piersanti, Adam David Thompson and Shane West star; according to the official synopsis, Walters plays “a young woman struggling to survive on her own in the wake of a mysterious epidemic that has decimated society and forced her deep into the unforgiving wilderness, until she encounters two other survivors who make her confront her past while putting all of their lives at risk.” Those newcomers, a teenage girl (Piersanti) and her stepfather (Thompson) complicate a situation already made dangerous by bloodthirsty infected people roaming the countryside. Find out more about HERE ALONE at its official website, and on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Today marks the 15th Anniversary of what is not only one of Shane’s most notable and well known roles, but also a timeless love story, A Walk to Remember and the internet is abuzz with nostalgic feelings for the film and the two leading stars! To celebrate, both Entertainment Tonight and Entertainment Weekly both posted videos which you can check out below, with some clips of Shane and Mandy discusses what it was like having to kiss each other back in 2002 when promoting the movie. But make sure to read the interview they did with EW recently, as great read for any fan as they play games guessing what line comes next and discuss what it was like working with one another.

Great news everyone – Shane’s film Here Alone is getting a worldwide release early next year! Congratulations to everyone involved!
Here Alone, which won the Audience Award at Tribeca earlier this year after world premiering in the fest’s Midnight section, has landed at Vertical Entertainment. The worldwide rights deal for Rod Blackhurst’s post-apocalyptic thriller comes ahead of the pic’s screening this weekend at Michael Moore’s Traverse City Film Festival. An early 2017 theatrical release is planned.
“Here Alone is a quietly haunting thriller that resonates with moviegoers everywhere, as shown by the Audience Award at Tribeca,” said Vertical co-president Rich Goldberg. “We are very proud to work with such talented filmmakers on a global release.”
Noah Lang, Ebeltoft, Blackhurst, Arun Kumar and Josh Murphy produced the pic, which is executive produced by Kevin Iwashina, Marc Bortz, Anthony Gentile, John Gentile, Kanwaldeep Kalsi, Nalit Patel, Paul Ebeltoft, Gail Ebeltoft, Sinan Germirli, Leigh Jones, Ian Keiser, Paul Pathikal, Bradley J. Ross, Brendan Walsh, and Eric Schultz.
The deal was negotiated by Goldberg and Peter Jarowey at Vertical, with Bortz and Iwashina from Preferred Content and attorney George Rush on behalf of the filmmakers.
Great news – Here Alone will be heading to the St Lawrence Film Festival this September as they are set to receive a special honour. Let’s hope that Shane attends!
